INTRODUCTION


This is the official Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") for Individual Monitoring
Services Discussion Group, http://ims-dg.org/, ("IMS Forum", "IMS-DG", "Forum", "Site",
"we," "us," or "our"), an Internet forum owned and operated by EURADOS WG2. This
Agreement governs the content, features, and activities related to this Forum.
By using this Forum, you agree that you will follow the terms of this Agreement and any
additional terms that govern certain services. In this Agreement, the term "Forum"
includes all websites and web pages within the Forum as well as any web pages that are
associated with the Forum.
This Forum provides information of a general nature and is designed for educational and
informational purposes only.
This Forum is directed to adults and is not intended for children.

MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT


We reserve the right, to change the terms of this Agreement. We will post or display
notices of material changes on the Forum and/or e-mails, or notify you upon login about
these changes. Once we post them on the Forum, these changes become effective. You
should check the terms and conditions of this Agreement regularly so you are aware of
the most current rights and obligations that apply to you and the terms and conditions of
your agreement with us.

REGISTRATION AND USE OF PASSWORD
We require each user to have a unique user name and password combination in order to
access and use Forum. Please read our Privacy Policy, which describes our current
practices related to the personally identifiable information ("Personal Information"). Your
user name and password are personal to you and you may not allow any others to use
your user name or password under any circumstances. We are not responsible for any
harm caused or related to the theft or misappropriation of your user name or password,
disclosure of your user name or password, or your authorization of anyone else to use
them. You can contact us immediately if there is a need deactivate your account due to
security concerns.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY


The contents of this Forum, including all text, images, photographs, illustrations, audio
and video material, databases, proprietary information and all copyrightable or otherwise
legally protectable elements of the Forum, including, all trade names, trademarks and
service marks ("Material"), are the property of Forum.
Forum includes Material as well. The Forum is to be used solely for non-commercial
purposes.
We respect the intellectual property of others, and we take the protection of copyrights
(our and others) seriously. We will disable the account that is frequently used to infringe
the intellectual property rights of others, and will act quickly to remove content on the
Forum that breaks them.

USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT AND USER EXPERIENCE


Without limiting the foregoing, we are not responsible or liable for any malicious code,
delays, inaccuracies, errors, or omissions arising out of your use of the Forum. You
understand, acknowledge and agree that you are assuming the entire risk as to the
quality, accuracy, performance, timeliness, adequacy, completeness, correctness,
authenticity, security and validity of any and all features and functions of the Forum,
including, without limitation, Postings and Materials associated with your use of the

IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING FROM USE OF THE FORUM OR FROM THIS
AGREEMENT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, COMPENSATORY,
CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS THAT THE FORUM, CONTENT, USER MATERIALS,
APPLICATIONS, AND RELATED INFORMATION ARE SUITABLE OR ACCURATE FOR
YOUR NEEDS AND WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERRORFREE.
ANY APPLICATIONS DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH
THE FORUM ARE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND YOU ARE SOLELY
RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER OR LOSS OF DATA.

ADVERTISING


Seldom, you may interact with third parties ("Advertisers") as a result of your use of the
Forum. If that kind of interaction happens, Forum is not liable for any of activates between
you and Advertisers.

HYPERLINKS TO THIRD PARTY FORUMS


Your use of URLs or hyperlinks referenced or included anywhere on the Forum or any
other form of re-direction of your connection to, through the Forum, does not constitute
an endorsement by, nor does it incur any obligation, responsibility or liability on the part
of, the Forum.

DEACTIVATION/TERMINATION OF YOUR REGISTRATION OR USE


If you are registered to use the Forum, your account will remain active. If you wish to
discontinue use of the Forum, you should no longer log into your account.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Forum, and any of its representatives,
licensors, Advertisers, suppliers, and operational service providers harmless from and
against any and all claims, actions, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including
reasonable attorneys' fees), resulting from any breach or violation of this Agreement by
you, or public posting of your Postings.

INTERNATIONAL USAGE


This Forum is controlled by EURADOS WG2 from Europe. Those who choose to access
the Forum from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for
compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

MISCELLANEOUS TERMS


This Agreement, together with Privacy Policy and any other regulations, procedures and
policies which we refer to and which are hereby incorporated by reference, contains the
entire understanding and agreement between you and the Forum and supersedes any
and all prior or inconsistent understandings relating to the Forum and your use of the
Forum. This Agreement cannot be changed or terminated orally. If any provision of this
Agreement is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect any other
provisions and the Agreement will be deemed amended to the extent necessary to make
it legal, valid and enforceable. Any provision which must survive in order to allow us to
enforce its meaning shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

NOTICES


This Terms of Service Agreement was last modified on August, 16-th, 2017, and is
effective immediately.

FORUM RULES


This forum is a place where people can interact and have discussions about topics in the
personal dosimetry field. We ask that you follow these guidelines to ensure the forum’s
productivity. These rules and guidelines are enforced by administrators and moderators,
and they may delete posts without any warnings. Also, failure to comply with these rules
may result in a ban from the Forum.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur in, from, through or under your user
name or password.
1. All forum posts must be written in English
2. All posts that include "flaming" or "badgering", "trolling", "spamming" or "necro"
behavior
will be deleted without a notice, and user might be disabled.
3. Linking to software piracy and illegal material will not be tolerated.
4. Don't challenge or attack others. Posts that are discriminating or hateful or
malicious towards anybody will not be tolerated, those includes posting links to
that kind of material.
5. Do not "hijack" a forum thread by changing the subject. If you need to comment on
different subject, please start a new message thread.
6. Do not post any personal information about you or anyone else. If there is a need
members can contact each other by private messages.
7. Do not upload programs or material that contains malicious code.
8. Discussion within this Forum is professional. Common courtesy is expected.
9. Include a signature tag on all messages. Include your name, affiliation, location.
